Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 384 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 384 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HB 384 pass the House?" Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule changes. Representative Berkowitz objected. Representative Berkowitz moved to divide the question and withdrew the motion and his objection. There being no further objection, the court rule changes were adopted. HB 384 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
