Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the

Representative Berkowitz objected.                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Representative Berkowitz moved to divide the question and withdrew                                  
the motion and his objection.                                                                       
                                                                                                    
There being no further objection, the court rule changes were adopted.
